c. marketing and promotion of services provided by the Controller (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR).
d. debt collection (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
e. achieving the Controller’s internal administrative purposes, including statistical purposes (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
4. Your personal data may be made available to entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator pursuant to the Personal Data Processing Agreement concluded with the Administrator.
5. Transfer of personal data to a third country:
a. The Controller has the right to transfer your personal data required for the performance of the service provision agreement to a third country or international organization (Google, Facebook, etc.). Google and Facebook have acceded to the EU-US Privacy Agreement and, in accordance with the European Commission’s decision of July 12, 2016, IP/16/2016, the transfer of personal data to entities based in the United States that have acceded to the aforementioned agreement ensures an adequate level of personal data protection, in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR.
6. Your data will be processed within the scope of:
a. preparing the offer, concluding and performing the contract concluded by you with the Controller – for the period until the contract is completed, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims and tax law, as well as for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose, and in the case of consent to data processing after the contract expires, until such consent is withdrawn.
b. in the scope of direct marketing offered by the Controller – until you object to their processing for this purpose.
c. for internal administrative purposes, for the period until the Controller’s legitimate interests constituting the basis for such processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing.
7. We would like to inform you that you have the following rights: access to the content of your data, request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, object to data processing, request data transfer, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
8. If the processing of your data is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal.
9. To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing a contract with the Controller, providing the data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to conclude and implement the contract.
